Allergies must be made known to us ahead of time. We're able to accommodate 1-2 specific shellfish allergy, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate customers that are allergic to ALL bivalves or crustacean, severe gluten intolerance, kosher, or vegetarian.
Please call us to make a reservation for a large party of 5 or more, and we may add an 18% gratuity for large parties.
Ingredients are ordered/prepared fresh in anticipation of reservations. Cancellation policy to account for waste. If you make reservations for a big party, cancellation charges still apply if part of your party doesn't come.
A fee of $100 per person will be charged for same-day cancellations.
A fee of $75 per person will be charged for reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation. No Show will be charged for full price of the course ($185 or $245)
Please arrive on time for your seating. We start the course for everyone at the same time with or without all customers present. We have a 30 minute grace period for late arrivals. After the 30 minute grace period without contacting us, it will be counted as a No Show Cancellation and you will be charged FULL PRICE of the meal. We will not be able to seat you after the 30 minute grace period. If you're running late, please contact us.

Fish flown in from Japan directly from auction with a seasonal variety that changes every season. Owner and Executive Chef Ray Howard was raised in Okinawa, Japan and has been cutting traditional sushi all over Hawaii restaurants for over 20 years. This restaurant serves to bring Chef Ray’s sushi creations to life, incorporating unique ingredients and techniques to make each bite burst with flavor. Many of our dishes have homemade flavors created from scratch and ready to eat as it is.
This was our best omakase experience in the US! The 18-course meal was a journey of unique and diverse flavors. Each course offered something different, showcasing the fresh, original taste of every ingredient. From start to finish, the attention to detail and quality was exceptional. Highly recommend for sushi lovers!
Best Omakase in Oahu. Best Omakase experience overall The food was absolutely superb – incredibly fresh and delicious with each piece crafted to perfection. The highlight was definitely the chef, who was not only a master at his craft but also extremely talkative and full of jokes, making the evening both delightful and entertaining. Some of the most fresh and best prepared sushi and nigiri I've ever experienced. Amazing chef and impecable wait staff always making sure your sake and plates are full and clean. Will be back and will be buying more and more. Thank you!
